Alisa is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and currently oversees the People function at Drop. She is passionate and dedicated to building high-performing inclusive and people-first cultures while retaining and leveling up top-tier talent that helps define companies in the market. Transitioning over to the tech space 6 years ago, she executes and delivers results in the pursuit of strong organizational culture and cohesion, a unified vision, continuous improvement, and positive change with a strong focus on mental wellbeing and transparent feedback. She is a firm believer that HR should be seen as a critical business partner that transitions away from transactional to strategic focus.
