Amanda is a progressive leader who is passionate about mapping strategy through to execution to ensure business targets are delivered. In her current role, she is facilitating EA’s future of work strategy, EVP, employer brand and employee experience design to attract and retain top talent globally. For over a year, Amanda has been working cross-functionally on generative AI and employee experience considerations for the future of work.
Prior to this, Amanda led People Practices for Canada and the global workstream that developed the company’s site reopening strategy through the pandemic. Before joining EA, she spent time at a tech start-up where she helped large enterprises with their roll-out and change enablement for people analytics capabilities and technology. She has also held HRBP and Talent Development leadership roles in the tourism industry and worked at Accenture, where she led teams in People and Recruitment Services, Knowledge Management and Learning. Originally from the prairies, she also spent several years in Tokyo working on leadership, cross-cultural, and business skills programs for corporate clients.
Amanda holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and certifications in Statistical Analytics, Ethical AI and Change Management. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
