Amreeta has over 11 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and holds a
Chartered Human Resources Professional (CPHR) Designation. She graduated from
Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a degree in Human Resource Management and
holds a Certificate in Project Management from BCIT. She has 8 years’ experience at a
managerial level in industries including wireless services, natural gas, biotechnology,
food distribution and clean technology. Across these industries, Amreeta has led full-cycle HR and catalyzed and grown Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives.

In the most recent years of her career, Amreeta has focused on coaching senior leaders
and supporting businesses through growth and change. Amreeta is in pursuit of her
Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University and will be
obtaining her accreditations with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as
Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

When she is not working, Amreeta is spending time with her family including her
husband and son. She enjoys trying new recipes, new restaurants and traveling to
places to immerse herself in diverse cultures.
