With over 15 years’ experience in human capital consulting, Benoit specializes in projects where upskilling, learning, technology, and human resource management intersect. As Director of the Workforce Development Group, he works closely with clients to help their workforces adapt and thrive in an ever-changing marketplace. Benoit’s and his team help clients transform their learning ecosystem and launch upskilling programs.

Benoit holds a PhD in Cognitive Science from the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS-Paris), as well as a BA and MA in Philosophy from UQAM (Montreal). Through publications, interviews, conferences and webinars, he regularly shares his views on the evolution of the professional world with a wide range of audiences.
