Cancellation Policy

We are offering a flexible cancellation policy for in-person ticket holders to put your mind at ease. Up until May 25, 2022, you may cancel and receive a full refund to the original form of payment or make a substitution at no charge.

After this date, you may receive a credit to a future Tech Talent North Conference at no additional fee or substitute a name based on the following substitution policy: Substitutions are permitted at no charge prior to May 25, 2022. For substitutions after this date, there is a $50 +5% GST administration fee. All requests must be made in writing and received at accounting@cubebusinessmedia.com. We apologize that we are unable to apply discount codes to previously purchased tickets.
