Chandler Bartsch (she/her) is a born and raised Vancouverite who is passionate about helping people flourish and grow in their careers. She loves aligning people with opportunities and resources where their skills will shine and cheering people on as they work towards their personal and professional goals.

Currently, she works at PayByPhone, a subsidiary of Corpay, as a People Business Partner. She has the joy of empowering people managers to empower their teams, coaching and supporting them in creating a great place to work. Chandler has also worked in people operations, generalist, and recruitment capacities at Thinkific, INDOCHINO, Bench Accounting, and Lighthouse Labs. She is an emphatic supporter of the Vancouver tech industry and cheers on organizations in their efforts for innovation, equitable practices, and growth. 

Chandler holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and studied Political Science at the University of British Columbia. Outside of work, you’ll probably find her running along the seawall, hiking local Vancouver mountains or cooking up a new recipe.
