Ingrid Gailler joined HUB International in 2020 as Vice President of Benefits Consulting – National Accounts. Ingrid began her career in Montreal as a group marketing specialist for one of Canada’s largest insurer. In 1999 Ingrid joined Morneau Sobeco as a senior consultant, leading large third party administration implementations. Supporting the expansion of the Third Party Administration capabilities and onboarding large national companies for both benefits and retirement plans. Over the past 25 years, Ingrid has been leading the expansion of the Vancouver group consulting practice. Morneau Shepell was acquired by HUB in 2020 for their group benefit consulting expertise. Ingrid works with plan sponsors at all levels to design and implement benefits programs that align with the client’s strategic goals and objectives. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, cost containment, and risk.
