Most recently, Jen was the Strategic Lead of a top-line cross-functional initiative at Benevity, driving innovation in the Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Purpose categories in Impact. Over her 9+ years at Benevity, she served in a number of different senior leadership roles and led strategic initiatives to support rapid growth through various political and environmental contexts, including as Chair of Benevity’s COVID-19 business continuity task force as its Sr. Dr. Risk and Compliance and Associate General Counsel. Prior to this, she was an employment and privacy lawyer and corporate-commercial litigator with two global law firms. 

A leader in the ESG movement in Canada, Jen speaks to and consults with purpose-driven organizations to support strategies and initiatives that result in accelerated growth and enhanced performance.  She has achieved credentials in Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership through Harvard University, her LLB from the University of Calgary, a BA in Communications from Simon Fraser University and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta.
