Andréa is an experienced tech hiring expert, based in Montreal Canada. 

She is passionate about building a borderless world, and helping startups connect with global tech talent to scale their teams in a meaningful way.

After earning her degree in environmental geography, Andrea worked in the retail industry and in business development for a Canadian franchise. During this time, she experienced firsthand the challenges of hiring for the front lines, priming her for success in the world of tech recruitment.

Andrea brings her love of problem solving, and talking to clients to help inform her approach in helping companies make big wins, hire exceptional talent all while saving on time and resources.

When she isn’t at her desk, Andréa enjoys hitting the slopes, hopping on her bike and immersing herself in a good read.
