Caitlin Murphy is an experienced People & Culture professional with over a decade of experience working with high-tech companies from 30-3,000 employees.  Caitlin is one of the industry leaders when it comes to Pay Transparency, setting her current company Elastic Path Software up for success before legislation was mandated in BC.  She is passionate about enabling Leaders to do their best work through others and aligning People & Culture goals to successful business outcomes through the lens of DEIB.  Caitlin is a mother of two active boys and can typically be found skiing or biking with her family, enjoying the local trails.
