Debby Carreau is a proven leader helping businesses become inspired workplaces. She is highly regarded globally as a human capital thought leader, and in 2007 she founded Inspired HR, deemed one of Canada’s Top HR Consultancy firms.

Debby is often asked to speak and write about workplace issues and developing talent for organizations. She is also a sought-after speaker presenting on workplace trends, optimizing human capital, women in the workplace, board governance and the importance of diversity.

A regular contributor to Entrepreneur, CNBC, CityNews and CTV, Debby’s work also is featured on Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek, Huffington Post, INC. magazine, Fortune, BBC and many other publications. Her focus is on women in the workplace and optimizing workplace effectiveness. Debby holds an MBA, both CPHR and SHRM-SCP designations and is continuing her post graduate work through the President’s Program at Harvard Business School.

Debby was recently recognized as one of Canada’s TOP 25 HR Leaders and honoured for a fourth consecutive year as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women, marking Debby’s induction into Canada’s Top 100 Hall of Fame as the youngest inductee in history.
