With a Doctorate in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, over the last 16 years he has worked in various facets of HR including Performance Management, Strategic HR, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Training & Development, Organizational Development and has been involved in advisory and consulting.

Himanshu is currently a Performance Coach for 7Geese, that was recently acquired by the Paycor family. Since joining 7Geese (Paycor), Himanshu has partnered with hundreds of customers globally to elevate their performance management practices.
