Jen Murtagh is a co-founder of Maturn, Canada’s first maternity leave program that helps women navigate the intersection of motherhood and leadership. She is also an ICF accredited leadership coach, a dynamic speaker, and a workshop facilitator with over 20 years of experience in high-growth environments, both corporate and non-profit.

As a former C-suite leader, Jen has led national campaigns and raised millions for causes such as anti-bullying, vulnerable youth, and women’s health and empowerment. She is passionate about advancing gender equity and supporting women to live and lead bravely. She offers coaching, workshops, and speaking on topics such as brave leadership, inclusive culture, and maternity transition.

Jen is a Business in Vancouver ‘Forty Under 40’ Award Winner, a Greater Vancouver Board of Trade ‘Women of Promise’, and a board member of One Girl Can, a non-profit that educates and mentors girls in Africa.
