Josh is currently the Vice President of People at 7shifts.  7shifts is a leader in the Restaurant Management Software space and recently was selected as the #1 Workplace in Canada.

At 7shifts, Josh leads all things around Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR and driving Mission & Values.  Prior to 7shifts, Josh has had a breadth of experience in both the private, NFP, and academic fields, even teaching Organizational Behaviour & Marketing at multiple Universities.

In addition to his day job, Josh has been training non-stop as one of ten participants in the Fight to End Cancer.  Culminating with a sanctioned boxing match, these white collar professionals are putting their faces on the line as part of a bigger fight, the fight to end cancer in our lifetime.
