Justine is Senior Vice President at Ceridian where she leads critical growth and change initiatives. Justine has helped scale Dayforce from a tech startup, through a merger with Ceridian, growing it into a leading global human capital management platform. These transformational efforts have included wearing many different hats from leading product launches and teams, to large sales pursuits, to culture change and business simplification efforts to turn Ceridian into a high-growth tech company. Justine recently led Ceridian’s 2018 IPO, which raised over CAD $800 million and marked the largest technology IPO ever in Canada.

Justine has been recognized for her leadership as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100, one of the Top 25 Canadian Women in Tech, and as a Woman of Excellence for Achievement in Business.
