Lars is Director, Legal at Hootsuite, where he primarily practices in the areas of global employment, compliance, and risk management. Much of Lars’ focus at Hootsuite has been supporting the expansion of Hootsuite’s operations across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Hootsuite in 2016, Lars practiced as a litigation associate at a leading national firm before holding an in-house counsel position at a large North American retailer. A highlight of Lars’ volunteer work was assisting the CCCA with developing its Model Business Principles on Forced Labour, Labour Trafficking, and Illegal or Harmful Child Labour and related resources.
