Lewisa Anciano is a transformation catalyst whose purpose is to ignite the power of people and organizations so that they can take charge of their destinies. She has served five times in top HR executive roles and has led teams of 50+ members, including global people and culture divisions in Germany, France, UK, and North America. With a strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions, she oversaw the talent integration and change portfolios in five corporate mergers to achieve organizational objectives and synergies.
In addition to her executive career, Lewisa has been a strategic talent consultant and executive coach in a broad range of industries including technology, gaming, construction, mobile payments, clean technology, athletic apparel, telecommunications, shipping, health care, retail, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and post-secondary education. She is a start-up advisor at Stoko.
Recipient of the 2015 CPHR HR Professional of the Year Award, Lewisa has enjoyed a multi-faceted career beyond HR in the areas of strategic planning, innovation management, corporate communications, compliance, organizational effectiveness and process re-engineering. She is the former Chair of the Finance Committee for the CPHR Board and was the Chair of the Industry Advisory Committee for HR programs at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Lewisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Masters in Organizational Management. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Advanced Management Program, INSEAD’s Strategy Execution Program and the Organization Design Certificate at the University of Southern California.
