Over the past 20 years and with teams on 5 continents, I’ve built a unique career that has strengthened communities through innovative approaches to business, technology and learning. My teams have focused on SaaS, consumer services, B2B, B2C, guests at the world’s most prestigious events, next-gen leaders (students), and public sector. Whether it’s driving revenue, growing internationally, realizing value from ambiguity or creating compelling employee experiences, always starting with the organization’s objectives, applying systems thinking, and moving beyond the constraints of tradition to see what’s possible are core to my approach to ensuring quick results and leading sustainable change.
