My passion is seeing people grow, get “unstuck”, and (as Brene would say) dare greatly. With 10+ years serving humans, I bring the experience and commitment to building an employee experience where people can flourish. I approach my work and my career with a growth mindset, which is a shared value I look for in any organization I work with or client I coach.

After spending most of my career working for large organizations, I’ve shifted my focus to smaller, high touch, teams, where I get to do genuine, great work with genuine people.
I also get to keep up with my passion for coaching and self-development through a small coaching practice that I’ve started – Disrupt & Shift.

I completed my initial coaching certification through New Ventures West (ICF certified), and have since continued my professional development through the work of Leadership Embodiment, Embright, and Aletheia coaching, with so much more to come. This expansive field of self-development fuels my own personal and professional development to keep getting better for myself and in service of others.

My current journey has been returning to school part-time to complete my graduate studies in counselling as I prepare for the next leg of my career helping people lead meaningful and brave lives.
