Robin de Pelham is the Chief People Officer for Mavrck, currently focused on creating a people-first, scaleable and aligned experience for all team members across our business. Prior to her current role, Robin held VP of People roles at Later (acquired by Mavrck earlier in 2022) and before that at Mogo, a publicly-traded fintech organization based in Vancouver. Robin has a BA in Psychology from UBC and an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Robin believes in giving back to the community, and her most recent volunteer contributions have been co-chairing a senior HR practitioner round table through the Tech and People Group, mentoring entrepreneurs through SFU Radius and supporting other local not-for-profits in an advisory capacity. She’s been passionate about building communities and supporting small businesses/entrepreneurs throughout her entire career and is thrilled to be supporting both Mavrck and Later to enable creators and small business owners to live their dreams.
