Sarah Loucks is an HR professional who enjoys drawing from diverse perspectives to think holistically and question the status quo. She is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive in their own way. After several years driving strategic HR topics as an HR Business Partner, she transitioned to the Global Diversity & Inclusion Office as SAP’s Autism at Work Global Lead. Experiences in multiple areas of HR since joining SAP in 2011 and international stints in the Czech Republic and Germany have developed her unique perspective. Sarah holds the Certified HR Leader designation, as well as a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. Living in multi-cultural Toronto, she loves exploring the city’s inventive food scene and her passport is always ready for the next adventure!
