Celine Morais is Chief of Staff at The Coalition, an XBOX game studio, where her work sits at the intersection of people, strategy, and studio operations. Before becoming Chief of Staff, she led Talent & Culture function for the studio, including its return-to-office strategy, change management, and approach to hybrid work. Celine has spent much of her career in gaming and animation and loves being in an industry where creative and technology collide.
