Cheryl is the Head of People & Culture at Helcim, a Calgary-based fintech company on a mission to make payments better for businesses. She joined as Helcim’s first dedicated P&C hire and has been building the people function from the ground up, shaping the systems, practices, and culture that support the company as it scales.
