Claudia is the Head of Human Resources at FISPAN, where she oversees hiring and employee relations, ensuring the company’s utmost standards when it comes to managing our greatest asset: people. Claudia fosters growth and transparency in the workplace and plays a key role in developing FISPAN’s organizational culture of celebrating the diversity of people, perspectives, and experiences that drive innovation and elevated thinking.
Claudia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Simon Fraser University, and is an active member and holder of the Certified Professional Human Resources and SHRM-Certified Professional designations. Additionally, she is an HR Leader in the StartupExperts Community, and is an active voice of HR professionals in British Columbia.
