As Chief People Officer at Nicola Wealth, Eric leads the firm’s People and Culture strategy, building the talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities that enable sustainable business growth. Since joining Nicola Wealth in 2020, he has played a key role in evolving the firm’s people strategy during a period of significant expansion while strengthening a values-driven culture aligned with its long-term vision.

Before joining Nicola Wealth, Eric served as Vice President of Operations at the Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver, overseeing finance, HR, and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Vancity Credit Union and Korn Ferry, where he focused on leadership development, strategic talent practices, and building high-performing, inclusive organizations.

Eric holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and a graduate diploma in Cooperative Business Management from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University.

Beyond his executive role, Eric is Chair of the Nicola Wealth Gives Back Charity Committee and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations supporting social services, HR governance, and food security. He brings a unique perspective that combines psychology, business strategy, and organizational leadership to help organizations build the talent systems and leadership capability needed to thrive and perform in a rapidly changing world.
