She has held senior HR and operational leadership roles at organizations including 123Dentist, STEMCELL Technologies, 123Dentist, Finning International, Radiant Communications, 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, and Provincial Health Services Authority, where she has led large-scale people strategy, executive succession, organizational design, leadership development, and culture transformation.
