Joyce Hung

Joyce Hung is the VP of Human Resources at Global Relay, a leading provider of end-to-end compliance solutions for the global financial sector and other highly regulated industries. Bringing over 20 years of HR management experience to her role at Global Relay, Joyce oversees the full spectrum of HR business operations across each of the company’s international offices. With her enhancements to talent acquisition and workforce planning, total compensation, engagement and employee experience, maternity and paternity policies, and more, Joyce has contributed greatly to the company’s direction and growth. Under Joyce’s HR leadership, Global Relay has been recognized for its corporate culture through several awards, including Canada’s Top Employers for Young People and Canada’s Best Managed Companies. Joyce has overseen the most considerable headcount rise in the company’s history, growing global employee numbers by more than 1300%. A graduate of SFU with a BA in Economics, Joyce holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from BCIT.
