Julie has partnered with some of the world’s most innovative companies—AMD, Sony PlayStation, Western Digital, Amplitude, and GRAIL—where she led international expansion, complex M&A integrations, board development, and talent strategies that enable sustainable success. She focuses on Leadership Team Effectiveness, helping executives align strategy, culture, and execution to deliver lasting impact.
In addition to her executive roles, Julie has served as an advisory board member for SucceedSmart, a start-up AI technology platform modernizing executive search, and for Booster Fuels, a $100M+ tech-enabled energy delivery company. She also served as a board member and committee chair with the HR Strategy Forum, an association of Fortune 500 HR leaders, where she contributed to advancing best practices in human capital strategy.
Julie holds a BA in Management and Economics from the University of Guelph, has completed MBA coursework at the Kellogg School of Management and the Schulich School of Business, is a trained Co-Active Certified Coach, and holds a certificate from the Kellogg School of Management in AI Strategies for Business Transformation.
