Lorie Corcuera

Lorie Corcuera is on a mission to create workplace cultures where people feel valued and experience a true sense of belonging. She leads with love and inspires by example. As the Director of Talent, Learning & Culture at MineSense Technologies, a cleantech company, she partners with leaders to build adaptive, human-centered organizations. She brings deep expertise in talent development, leadership effectiveness, culture transformation, organizational design, and belonging strategies to every engagement, helping leaders and teams thrive through change. Lorie co-founded SPARK Creations & Company Inc., a consulting firm that partnered with more than 100 organizations to build purpose-driven cultures that strengthen trust, communication, and collaboration. Lorie has shared her values-driven perspective on leadership, culture, and belonging with more than 15,000 leaders at 50+ conferences and events, inspiring people and organizations to grow, thrive, and elevate the human experience at work. An active member of the HR and leadership community, she serves as a mentor and Co-Chair of the TAP Network Learning & Leadership Development Peer Learning Group.
