Meet Matt – the Founder of BackStretch, who loves working alongside HR Leaders and Founders to build and execute world class hiring strategies.
Over the past 20+ years – companies like CERTN (194 hires in 19 months – raised 92 million), LOOP (76 hires – raised 100 million and went public), and CLINNEXUS (62 hires in 2024) have trusted his expertise to lead their scale.
Outside of BackStretch – Matt is all about building communities that inspire and solve real business problems. He is the Entrepreneur in Residence with SPRING (incubator and fund builder for the impact and sustainability space), loves public speaking (events, incubators and Universities), and acts as a Mentor for a few promising start ups.
Outside of business – Matt is a proud father of 2 daughters (7 and 9), huge passion for the game of golf as pursued professionally (and still holding on to a 1.2 handicap), and loves everything to do with classic video gaming (which explains the arcade building in the basement for the kids).
