Phyllis Bowman

Phyllis Bowman is an HR professional with a comprehensive background in Business Partnering and People Operations. Currently working as a Senior HR Business Partner at Microsoft, Phyllis has demonstrated expertise in leading global teams and driving operational components of core people programs. With over two years at Microsoft and prior experience at Electronic Arts (EA) as a Senior Manager, she has a proven track record in supporting and leading teams through all global HR programs, including compensation, employee engagement, and talent management. Phyllis holds a B.A. in Psychology from Queen’s University and has been an active Steering Committee Member of the HR Tech Group (now TAP).
