Rolanda Chen

Rolanda supports the TAP Network community as Program Manager, responsible for managing our total rewards surveys, member pulse surveys, and events. Rolanda is an HR leader with over 20 years of international experience in the tech industry. Prior to TAP Network, Rolanda was Sr. Director of HR at Electronic Arts, supporting EA’s Frostbite and Create business units. She has also held HR leadership roles at Radical Entertainment, Hydrogenics and Scientific-Atlanta. Prior to working at TAP Network, Rolanda was an active member for 20 years, with experience on the steering committee, conference committee and peer learning groups. Rolanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University.
