Prior to Ballard, Sarah spent more than seven years with Garibaldi Glass Industries, where she played a key role in supporting the company’s growth while strengthening employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational culture. She previously held Human Resources leadership roles with Ebco Industries, Advanced Cyclotron Systems, DDS Wireless International, and Citadel Commerce Corporation/ESI Entertainment Systems, building a diverse background in supporting organizations through growth, change, and transformation.
