As an HR Business Partner at Copperleaf Technologies, a global software company now part of IFS, I’ve had the opportunity to support the organization through meaningful change. I helped grow Copperleaf from 300 to nearly 600 employees, and later partnered closely with business leaders to navigate a strategic workforce reduction with empathy and care. Over the past 4.5 years, I’ve contributed to building a people-first, agile HR model that strengthens engagement, performance, and culture while helping reduce turnover.
My career in HR began in retail operations, where I led 15 sites and drove initiatives in performance management, conflict resolution, and talent development. After earning my HR Management diploma and CPHR candidacy, I moved into the tech space, first focusing on HR operations and then transitioning into business partnering. I’ve supported teams across IT, Client Support, and Engineering, working closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals. My leadership experience and passion for building strong, high-performing teams have enabled me to create meaningful impact built on trust and respect.
As a university athlete who won multiple national championships, I learned early on that success is never achieved alone. It’s the result of teams working together with commitment and shared purpose. This belief continues to guide me in my work today. I’m driven by a growth mindset and a genuine desire to help individuals and teams thrive.
