I’m the Senior People Business Partner at Klue, a Vancouver-based company. And have been with the company for 5 years. I’ve been fortunate to be an early-stage employee, joining when we were a 30-person startup, and was the first person on the People team. Today, we’re a global company with over 200 team members across Canada, the UK, the USA, and the Netherlands. At Klue, our People team are builders. We’re energized by finding new ways to think about talent, performance, growth, and culture.
My background is in HR, graduating with a BBA and a specialization in human resources. I made the leap into tech because it’s a people-centric industry where People teams are true partners to the business, helping to cultivate high-performing teams and create real, measurable impact.
I’ve been involved in competitive cheerleading as both an athlete and a coach. Through sport, I experienced how achieving excellence requires alignment, trust, and a shared commitment to high performance. I’ve seen firsthand the magic a high-performing culture can create — when dedication to a shared goal, teamwork, and solving problems come together. That’s why I’m so passionate about the role People teams play in helping companies succeed.
