I’m the Senior People Business Partner at Klue, a SaaS company HQ’d in Vancouver. Our teams are in Canada, UK, and the US.
I joined 6.5 years ago as the first person on the People team. We were Seed stage back then and I’ve been part of the growth journey through to Series B.
I made the leap into tech because People teams are true partners to the business. Driving high-performance and impact. Not just operational support. At Klue, our People team are builders. We’re energized by finding new ways to think about talent, performance, growth, and culture.
Outside of work, I have a background in competitive cheerleading as both an athlete and a coach. Sport taught me what it takes to be part of something high-performing…and what breaks down when the foundations aren’t there. Those lessons carried on into my career. And they’re why I’m so passionate about the role People teams play in helping companies succeed.
