Tanner Van Meer

I’m a recent(ish) BC transplant by way of Alberta and Ontario with 10 years of HR experience in various sectors including hospitality, finance, veterinary medicine, and tech. I deeply value marrying business goals and outcomes with the unique individual contexts of the people that make up an organization. Generally, I find that this approach allows me and those I partner with to come up with solutions to problems that are a win for the business and the people at the heart of it. I like to spend my time outdoors as much as possible with my 4 year old sheepadoodle, Jazz.
