Tina Lai

Tina Lai is the Chief People Officer at Kabam, a gaming company, where she leads all aspects of the People function – including business partnerships, talent acquisition, corporate communications, training & development, total rewards and the resource management office. She serves on Kabam’s executive leadership team, helping shape strategy and culture. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience across diverse industries, Tina has held senior roles at Seaspan and Metrie, driving talent strategies, culture transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
She holds a BA from UBC, a diploma in HR Management from BCIT, and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). Passionate about creativity in education and leadership, Tina volunteers as a Board Director at ArtStarts in Schools and serves on the Governing Body of the Gartner CHRO Communities.
