Wendy Pat Fong

Classically trained in HR, Wendy has spent the first part of her career in the tech startup space as Chief of Staff for 7Geese, a performance management SaaS company acquired by Paycor. She later joined the professional services team as a consultant, working with C-level executives on strategy to execution. For the past 2 years, she is a PM in the HR Digital Employee Experience team at Microsoft where she designs and builds agents that empower employees and HR practitioners.
