Steven Osiel is a life long Total Compensation professional with over 25 years experience and expertise in all areas including executive compensation, gender pay equity, external benchmarking, performance management and employee health and welfare benefits. Steven has developed his expertise in ‘the art of total compensation’ both as an independent consultant supporting over 200 organizations and as an HR practitioner at several large and small organizations across Canada. In addition to his leading a consulting practice, Steven is active as a speaker at major events like the HRPA conference or as a sessional lecturer at the University of Toronto.  Steven has a BSc from the University of Toronto and a MA from Columbia University in Organizational Development.
