Taking the approach of modern HR, Trisha leverages her passion for human relations and her data-driven mindset to understand how people work, collaborate, and find validation in their role. With her background in working with startups on culture management and full-cycle employee experience, Trisha is a firm believer in building equitable processes with an empathetic and objective mindset, while sprinkling in her unique flair. In her role at Bright + Early, Trisha works as an embedded consultant for the Half Time Head of HR program, and also leads B+E’s compensation practice. She believes that philosophy is at the center of all compensation questions, and aims to help you discover yours.
