For purchase dates until May 7, 2026, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to an administrative fee of 25%. Requests must be made in writing and sent to accounting@cubebusinessmedia.com.

Alternatively, you may defer your ticket to another city or to the following year at no charge before May 7, 2026. After this date, deferrals are permitted with a 25% administrative fee. Ticket transfers to another attendee (within the same company) are allowed at any time at no charge.

We regret that cancellations and refunds are not permitted after May 7, 2026. Discount codes cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets. By checking this box, I understand and agree to the cancellation, substitution, and deferral policy.
