Andrew Tai is co-founder of DeeplyTalented, the creators of Detra, an AI teammate for enterprise recruiting teams that takes on time-consuming work across applicant screening, candidate sourcing, and outreach. Andrew came to the recruiting industry as an operator who has built teams firsthand, from making first hires to scaling teams into the hundreds. He works closely with recruiting teams on the change management required to make AI successful in real-world hiring workflows.
