She’s helped build teams from 0 to 1,500+ employees—through funding rounds, hypergrowth, M&A, and exit—and brings a founder’s perspective from her time building at Nest Wealth.
She also teaches founders and talent leaders at Schulich’s Venture Academy how to build companies that don’t just grow fast—but grow well. Her focus: creating workplaces where people are pushed, supported, and set up to do the best work of their careers.
