With over 15 years of experience in people-centred roles, my career journey has afforded me opportunities in various sectors/industries internationally. Often partnering directly with business owners/founders, my roles have been focused on building and shaping people practices that aim to create a high impact employee experience from end-to-end.
Currently, I’m the Head of People + Operations at Koru. Koru is a venture studio backed by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Founded in 2019, Koru exists to drive value creation and grow the overall enterprise value of OTPP’s portfolio companies by partnering with them to identify, validate, build and oversee new disruptive business opportunities that leverage unfair advantages. Ultimately, this is in service of providing the pensions of the teachers of Ontario.
