I’m originally from the UK but have called BC home for the past 7+ years. My background spans pro sports, retail, and 10+ years in talent acquisition across both agency and in-house environments. I joined Jane as its first sole recruiter and helped grow the company from 50 to 850 employees, eventually leading the TA function.
I’m now back in an IC role doing what I love: executive recruiting across Canada and the US. Being back in the weeds has also given me more time to explore AI, and I’m pretty excited about what it could mean for the future of recruitment.
Outside of work, endurance sports and food are my passions, and I’m lucky they complement each other pretty well, ha. I completed Ironman Canada this August, and my fiancé and dog help keep the rest of my life balanced.
