Vita Di Serio is a People and Culture executive with broad experience building the people strategy, leadership, and culture foundations that enable organizations to scale. As the first People and Culture executive at Prophix, a PE-backed global B2B technology company, she built the systems and organizational foundations that have supported the company’s growth, serving as a trusted advisor to executives on leadership readiness, organizational design, and culture. Her work spans talent management, learning and development, total rewards, performance management, M&A integration, and employee experience across a global, multi-country environment.
Vita leads the people and culture strategy for Prophix’s AI transformation, owning the systems, culture, and organizational foundations needed to make it work, in close partnership with the Chief AI and Trust Officer. Her work focuses on ensuring culture, leadership, and organizational readiness move in step with the organization’s broader AI strategy. She believes that in an AI-First environment, how culture adapts is what determines whether transformation sticks, and brings that perspective to conversations about the future of work, high performance in tech environments, and how people strategy drives real business outcomes. Outside of Prophix, Vita is an active York University alumni member and served as a mentor this past year through the Advancing YU program, supporting undergraduate students in their early career journeys. She is also committed to developing the next generation of talent from within, and actively mentors employees across Prophix.
