Currently serving as Senior Vice President, People and Culture at Coconut Software, Melanie was instrumental in leading the transformation of the People function and further shaping the company’s award-winning culture, which was recognized as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures™(Emerging category) in 2024.
